Firas' inherent ability in building relationships has helped compile a strategically selected high-performing team. With the help of his team, he implemented new processes and procedures and introduced technological software to reduce redundant responsibilities and jump-start worker efficiency.
Through implementing a new company leadership structure, Firas has proven time and time again that strategic foresight and determination will lay the path for success.
While his determination may be at work, his passion lies with his family. A devoted husband and a proud father, Firas loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family until his son scratched his car.
